“The War of Liberation Against the Hyksos” in a Lecture at the BA

The BA Calligraphy Center will organize on Thursday, 3 April 2008, a lecture entitled “The War of Liberation Against the Hyksos” by Dr. Abdel Rahman El Eydi, Director of the Department of Excavations, Supreme Council of Antiquities.
The lecture will tackle the political, religious and economic aspects of the Hyksos era and how it influenced life in Egypt. Dr. Abdel Rahman will also discuss the war of liberation, through several archaeological evidence.
The lecture will start at 12:00 hrs at the BA Conference Center, Small Theater.
